Cover Manager - temporary, initially until 31/10/17
Required for September 2017
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Manager on a temporary basis, initially until October half term covering staff absence. Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic and have relevant experience to fulfil a key role in supporting the School Business Manager. We will require the applicant to start in September 2017.
Applicants will be responsible for the daily administration of cover and room allocation (excluding exams) and organising external supply cover when appropriate. Applicants should have:
- Previous experience of working in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on own and also as part of a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of the SIMS Cover Module.
